The MLC Learning Center - Rondo Library in St. Paul's Frogtown neighborhood offers free instruction to adults in English as a Second Language. The center has a large library of educational materials, as well as computers and software to assist adult students and volunteer tutors.

6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Monday - Thursday
All ESL Levels: pre-literate to advanced English
Learner Enrollment:
5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Mondays and Wednesdays
The MLC Learning Center in the Rondo Community Outreach Library relies on volunteers to tutor individuals and teach in the classroom. We are always seeking committed individuals who want to make a difference by becoming a volunteer tutor.
