MLC Learning Center - Rondo Library

The MLC Learning Center - Rondo Library in St. Paul's Frogtown neighborhood offers free instruction to adults in two areas: English as a Second Language and GED preparation.  The center has a large library of educational materials, including technology to assist adult students and volunteer tutors.


All classes run Monday - Thursday.

ESL Class Schedule:
6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
All levels (pre-literate to advanced English)

New Student Enrollment: 6:30 pm Wednesdays


GED Class Schedule:
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
All GED subjects are taught.
New Student Enrollment: during class time, or call ahead

The MLC Learning Center in the Rondo Community Outreach Library relies on volunteers to tutor individuals and teach in the classroom. We are always seeking committed individuals who want to make a difference by becoming a volunteer tutor.
