Making Phone Calls
Phone calling is a great tool for increasing pressure. It can be useful when there isn't time for letters to be sent, and a few calls can go a long way.

Tips to Remember When Calling

  • Work with staffers.
  • Make yourself clear.
  • Specify the needed action.
  • Identify as a constituent.

General Questions to Consider Asking

  • Do you support school vouchers?
  • Will you support an inflationary increase of at least 3% per yaer in the basic education K-12 formula?
  • If a tax increase is necessary to accomodate the 3% per year inflation figure, which tax(es) would you increase?
