Purpose:
To practice quickly responding to personal information questions in writing. Review color, pen/pencil vocabulary.
Preparation time:
None
Materials:
Box of crayons, pen, pencil and paper per student
Procedure:
- Review colors and personal information with students.
- Give each student a box of crayons, a pencil, a pen and a piece of paper.
- Give commands such as, “Write your address with the blue crayon,” or “write your name with the pen.”
- Students hold up their papers as soon as they finish.
