| In order to participate in an MLC online training you will need to have a certain level of comfort and skill on the computer and using the internet.
The following topics/skills are all required to have a succussful experience in our trainings. Please click on each one to watch a demonstration of the skill described.
Resizing windows
View a demonstration on how to maximize, minimize, "restore down" and move windows on your desktop.
Toggling between windows
View a demonstration on how to jump back and forth between two windows - such as two internet website and a MS word document.
Copy and Paste
View a demonstration on how to copy text and images from a website and paste them to a Word document (or e-mail).
Online Workshops require advance registration and an email address where we can send you handouts and a link to access the online classroom. Workshop participants should have a fast Internet connection and be using a computer with a Windows based operating system (not a MAC). |
